We knew we wanted this BRIS boat as it had the thickest material on the bottom of the boat of any other boat in it’s class. That proved out to be a life saver on our last trip to the Arkansas River in Colorado, but what we didn’t know yet was how fast the company’s response was when the boat was delivered with a defective floor board.

There is no phone number to call but after emailing customer service, it only took about 1 week for the new BRIS boat floor to arrive. The Damage wasn’t too bad and we could have lived with it but you know how it is when you buy something new. You want it in perfect condition.
I often think that if I can’t contact customer service or technical support by phone, then they won’t respond quickly, but that just isn’t always the case, especially in today’s world.
The new floor was shipped quickly and was in perfect condition. You can’t see it here from this photo as I had not unwrapped it yet, but after opening the shipping package, it was in great shape.
I have been extremely happy with my new BRIS boat and I highly recommend the BRIS Inflatable Rafts to someone looking for a new inflatable raft, especially after their quick response to my damaged part.
